No. Cybo is fully self-serve, so there are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs. You only pay the monthly price of whichever plan you choose — and nothing at all on the Free plan.
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, right from your account. There are no contracts or lock-in. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then it won't renew.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your needs change. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the new limits right away, and changes are reflected in your billing from the next cycle.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles all of that.
Your existing bots keep working as normal. To add more bots beyond your plan's limit, simply upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance — Free includes 1 bot, Starter up to 5, and Pro up to 25. You can upgrade in a couple of clicks whenever you're ready.
