This Privacy Policy explains how Cybo collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our platform and website. By using Cybo, you agree to the practices described here.
Cybo is a self-serve AI customer support platform that lets businesses build and deploy AI chatbots that answer their customers' questions on websites and messaging channels. Cybo is operated by [COMPANY/OPERATOR NAME], located at [OPERATOR ADDRESS] ("Cybo", "we", "us", or "our"). We are the data controller for personal data about our account holders, and a data processor for the customer conversation data processed by bots you configure.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name, and any profile details you choose to provide.
We store the workspace, bot, and content you create — including the business information, FAQs, documents, settings, and instructions you provide to train and configure your bots.
When your bots talk to your end customers, we process the messages and conversation data exchanged so the bot can respond and so you can review conversations in your inbox. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We retain limited billing records such as your plan, subscription status, and invoices.
We automatically collect technical data needed to operate and secure the service, including IP address, device and browser information, log data, and cookie identifiers.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you sign up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the platform), consent (for optional cookies and marketing, where required), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
We use trusted third-party providers to operate Cybo. Your data may be processed by these providers in the course of delivering the service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication |
| Vercel | Application hosting and delivery |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI processing that powers bot responses |
| Resend | Transactional and notification email |
| Telegram | Message delivery when you connect a bot to Telegram |
Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the service and under its own data protection terms.
If you are in the EU/EEA (or another region with similar laws), you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, invoices) to meet legal obligations.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, workspace isolation so one customer cannot access another's data, and restricted use of administrative credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the service works.
Cybo is not intended for children. The service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it in line with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or within the service. Your continued use of Cybo after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
