These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cybo. Please read them carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Cybo.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Cybo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using Cybo on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Cybo is a self-serve platform that lets you build, configure, and deploy AI customer support bots on your website and on supported messaging channels. Cybo is operated by [COMPANY/OPERATOR NAME] ("Cybo", "we", "us", or "our").
We offer the following plans, billed as monthly subscriptions:
Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated over time.
You agree not to use Cybo to:
We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for violations.
You retain ownership of the content you provide and the conversation data your bots process ("Customer Content"). To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely as needed to provide and maintain Cybo, including sending relevant data to the third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy (such as our AI provider).
Cybo uses AI to generate responses. AI can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and configuring your bots, and for deciding how they are used with your customers. We do not guarantee that bot responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and bot output should not be treated as professional advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." At this stage we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and to give notice of significant changes where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cybo and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the service, your bots, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using Cybo and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, license terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Cybo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in [JURISDICTION] will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
